Marketing Manager will develop country specific marketing strategies and solutions for Life Sciences (LS) Equipment and Service organization, ensuring the achievement of European Customer satisfaction and financial objectives

Position Summary

Marketing Manager acts as the primary liaison with the North American team to ensure European alignment with the LS global marketing strategy, including developing country specific marketing communication and collateral to support product management efforts and operations

Duties

Marketing Strategy and Product Management Support

Supports the global marketing strategy by providing European country specific insight. Determines country specific market needs, develops business plans and strategic objectives utilizing various market research methods; executes strategic plans while maintaining alignment with the global Life Sciences strategy Gathers and analyzes information on European specific competitive product offerings and technologies; determines competitive strategies and tactics for each European country

Marketing Communications Support

Collaborates with the marketing communication team to ensure European tradeshow execution runs smoothly. Works with the sales teams to identify appropriate shows to attend, and coordinates ordering and delivery of materials. Identifies the need, determines priority, and coordinates the translations of marketing collateral Required Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed to interact with all levels of internal teams, customers, and external vendors. Customer Focused – Demonstrates a “Customer first and always” mindset. Exceptional project management; adept at managing high volume, complexity, fluidity and ambiguity while maintaining professional poise and delivering on commitments. Ability to prioritize work, handles multiple tasks simultaneously, set goals and enforce deadlines, while maintaining flexibility to reassess and re-prioritize.
