What you'll be doing as our CMO:
Swapcard provides an event and matchmaking platform for B2B events. Marketing must feed the sales team with qualified leads. Our ICP is large, with complex events like Tradeshows and International Conferences. Educating the market is also a large part of our strategy.

Lead and mentor the existing team of 4 and partner with HR to define recruitment plan for the team Develop our brand marketing strategy to increase traffic, drive engagement, and ultimately increase sales Implement creative, innovative and effective B2B marketing that will support the development of our business internationally Define our brand messages along with a clear communication plan for all contributing teams and countries Leverage client data and feedback to develop communication strategies and drive marketing success Analyze the market, research our competition and innovate to create business opportunities Monitor & measure the success of all marketing initiatives by preparing frequent reports and improving strategies when necessary Be responsible of our public relations and global image Your Profile:
5+ years of diverse marketing experience – including high growth enterprises, SaaS, and startups Experience building & measuring B2B marketing teams and initiatives - including multi-channel digital content, PR, product marketing, inbound, community management, events, creative, etc. Knowledge of CRM (we use Zoho), marketing automation, Google Analytics, paid/social interfaces, and email systems Experience driving results in an environment where resourcefulness and creativity with small budgets are the norm Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of taking on ambitious challenges Team player who leads by example and is not afraid to "get their hands dirty" Quick to learn and adapt with a strong sense of passion and humility Self-starter with the ability to create things from scratch Experience in Tech, SAAS, and or Events Driven by data & results Creative Strategic English Native Open to relocate to Paris for a minimum of 1 year Hiring process:
