Missions
Manage all aspects of Communication to the market, customers, internal and external stakeholders, press, agencies and any other recipient and readers of our public information and appearances Communicate and enhance the perceived image of the CI Division, their mission, products and services Network with industry media and digital channels stakeholders Use all modern tools in digital, printed , visual and audio communication Project lead for SymSelect (CI Customer Platform) Specific duties: Manage Social Media (Mainly Instagram) / Co - create and drive Storylines / Image related content / CSR / Promote CI as division / manage non-technical content / Influencer management and B2C approach Support the planning and organization of events, tradeshows (digital and present) Support Website Management / Liaise with Corporate Closely collaborate with our Consumer Market Insight team Manage / assist for Media output : A&P planning Ad´s / digital & print Assist for Press Release Internal CI Newsletter External Newsletter Direct Mailings others
Qualifications
University Degree in biochemical, chemical, medical and / or cosmetic science Minimum 5 years in communication (cosmetic industry) Knowledge of cosmetic science especially skin and hair biology Knowledge of most relevant cosmetic formulations Understanding of cosmetic industry specifics Creative and low thinking barriers Experienced in communication in writing and speaking Strong knowledge on use and analyse KPI of modern digital and social media tools Excellent English written/speaking (Ideally another foreign language ) Outgoing and friendly personality Graphic Design software (Adobe / Pack Office)
