Your Role
You are responsible for the growth of the category Dairy
You monitor the development and execution of the category strategy and innovation pipeline
You are the category expert within the organization and work closely with other C&MM functions and the technical team
You are responsible for category intelligence including insights regarding market, customer and category
You own the innovation process end-to-end
You elaborate important insights for the innovation process from a wide range of sources
About You
You hold an University Degree in Business, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or other related field
You have at least 5 years of experience in category management
You ideally have experience in the Dairy industry with a great understanding of the market
You are very well versed in project management and have strong skills in the field of strategic planning as well as change management
You have full proficiency in English
