Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Field Marketing Specialist based in Paris, to join the Marketing team. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer, and will support our Field Marketing Manager for EMEA & APAC, who's based in London. The role will work closely with the Sales team in the region. The responsibilities include sales enablement, events, brand awareness and demand generation through marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Assist with outbound and inbound marketing (content development and optimization, marketing automation programs, email marketing, etc.) Contribute to Synthesio's presence across social channels Write and publish blog posts on a variety of relevant topics related to Social Media Intelligence Manage webpages on French site Help execute 3rd party events with planning, follow-up, measurement and positive Return On Investment (ROI) Help execute Synthesio-hosted events for awareness and lead generation Help participate in Ipsos-hosted events Assist in analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales' Business Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Account Managers Assist in brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns Undertake individual tasks of a marketing project as assigned Translate content from English to French

Requirements

BA/BS in marketing or a relevant field 2+ years of relevant experience Fluent in French and English. Native French speaker prefered Strong writing skills Strong communication, time management & prioritisation skills Proficiency with G Suite Ability to work with third parties (event/conference vendors) Social media/community management experience preferred Salesforce, Marketo and/or WordPress experience a plus Active and contributing member of the marketing team's creative think tank Enjoys and thrives in a startup culture, yet can also navigate and appreciate a larger enterprise Occasional travel to other Synthesio offices, or conferences
