Who you work with
This position for a Country Marketing Manager France resides in our EMEA Territory Marketing Organization.
Working alongside with
product/customer experts (Technical Marketing Managers for an assigned business segment),
functional/customer experts (digital and social marketing, corporate communications, telemarketing etc) and
other market/customer experts (Germany, UK, Russia, Italy) and lastly
the local sales organization (direct and indirect sales channel)
you will collaborate to establish country marketing plans and country objectives as well as implement those to effectively support regional business goals.
What you do
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Developing and executing integrated marketing communications plans to excite the market, drive revenue, engage new customers and ultimately to amplify our Tektronix/Keithley story
Lead and collaborate with a team of peers and vendors to move strategy to action and achieve ROI and associated monthly metrics, specifically Marketing & Sales Qualified Leads
Working on the basis of our Mktg strategy with our key principles in mind: be human, be proud, be one and be bold
Aligning with industry best practices and monitoring evolving customer communications preferences
Driving continuous improvement in execution and growth in results
Maintaining compliance with brand guidelines
Who you are
Proven hands-on integrated marketing communications planning and execution experience (on and offline, inbound and outbound campaigns); this would include project managing digital activities e.g. multi-lingual email/web campaigns (using Marketo as a systems platform), paid advertising, online & offline events, PR, tradeshows/seminars and social media in order to meet the requirements of the regional marketing programs, on time and within set budget.
Experience in directing media vendors and creative agencies, especially digital agencies. Digital savviness required.
Proven hands on experience in message development, copywriting, copy editing. This would include creation and adaptaion of materials (banners, flyers etc.) to support EMEA-specific campaigns, if not delivered by the Worldwide Team
Proven high tech BtoB marketing experience through direct and indirect sales channels
Experience in managing an annual demand generation budget, which would include timely forecasting of budgets and tracking of costs each month.
Capable hands-on program/project manager able to deliver quickly on commitments
Adapt at consolidating and analyzing data from multiple sources to identify insights, learnings and make sound recommendations for future plans
Persuasive communicator able to build the case for change and adoption of new concepts with organization stakeholders
Extensive user of MS Excel and Google Analytics
Other requirements
Experienced with current best practices for digital & social marketing strategies, marketing automation and associated optimization tactics preferred
Knowledge of basic graphic design/layout and digital user experience best practices
Able to work within a multicultural organisation and present effectively to Sales colleagues and Channel Partner Executives
Ability to work autonomously towards set targets ensuring successful projects

Multilingual skills desirable (fluent in French required (native speaker) and one additional language preferred
Able to work effectively in a matrix organisation, with a confident and enthusiastic manner and a strong motivation to succeed
Position based in Paris, France
Willing to travel within Europe occasionally
