The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing all go-to-market activities to achieve pipeline goals. The primary goals of this position are to increase awareness and drive demand for Trimble Buildings and Field Technology products and solutions. The Field Marketing Specialist will work closely with the local sales teams, division marketing teams, and go-to-market partners to execute demand generation programs, events and channel activities.

Responsibilities:
Field and Channel Marketing - Build and maintain relationships with local commercial sales teams and channel partners. Guide partner marketing strategy, initiatives and leverage MDF spend to amplify sales through joint marketing and education. Outbound Marketing Campaigns - Collaborate with Field Technologies Group marketing team, local sales teams and top channel partners to drive and execute the marketing strategy and Field Marketing plan focused on meeting or exceeding quarterly pipeline build and progression targets. Align and customize global campaigns to fit regional needs. Event Coordination/Marketing - Identify relevant industry events and secure appropriate level of participation. Work with division and partner events managers to coordinate and manage all regional events, including seminars, tradeshows, networking events, and user group meetings. Product Marketing - Assist with the development of marketing materials and campaigns to support product launches. Budget and Reporting - Manage to a quarterly territory budget. Measure ROI for all activities and analyze the sales funnel to identify areas for continual improvement. Preferred Skills/knowledge
