We are looking for a
Marketing Manager to join our local GTM organization. This position is a permanent full-time position.
You will join an existing marketing team and you will be working closely together with the Global Marketing team, Industry marketing as well as with Business Services and Product Development teams.
Your main responsibility is to produce and localize marketing material and launch locally some global campaigns. To your responsibilities include also the launch and the execution locally of our worldwide Tekla BIM Awards initiative.
Job responsibilities:
Coordinate material production and support localization efforts.
Prepare launch of new software versions locally with the support of product/industry marketing and product development
Maintenance and subscription renewal promotion and global coordination
Annual local BIM Awards competition coordination and promotion
Managing any other activity focusing on customer retention, and if needed, also other marketing activities.
Creation of marketing automation programs and assets in Marketo.
Maintaining Social media channels
Updating content to Tekla.com and internal communication channels.
Coordinate, organize and be part of local events.
Coordinate actions with our PR agency
Collaborate with the sales teams to identify and develop local marketing opportunities in support of business objectives
Align project planning, status and results with departments such as Sales and Product Management
Support other marketeers in content creation, email campaigns, event organization (both online and offline),
lead nurturing, marketing automation, increasing conversion rates, marketing collateral, website maintenance, etc.
Oversee demand generation for the region leveraging marketing automation tools to manage the customer journey and drive qualified leads to sales teams
Track KPIs to measure marketing program success and ROI for marketing programs implemented in the region
Qualifications:
BAC+2 to BAC+5 in business and marketing or communications
Some years of experience in marketing role in a B2B environment
Strong understanding of overall marketing communication options, especially passionate of the digital marketing landscape
A proven record of successful marketing program driving short and long-term goals
Excellent spoken and written English language skills
Experience with Salesforce and Marketo
Experience in software business will be a plus
Key competencies:
Leadership skills to maintain and develop a good team spirit and collaborative behaviors
Self-motived, proactive and independent, yet collaborative, way of working is needed for this role that works across functions
Ability to think critically, analyze information, and make feasible recommendations
Demonstrated skills in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Some travelling may be required
