Unilever Oral Care is looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead two new brands in France.

Unilever is the number two player in Oral Care within the geographies where it competes and the number 4 player globally. Its portfolio of brands include some of the most iconic brands such as Signal as well as exciting new brands like Zendium.

Therapeutics is one of the fastest growing segments in the oral care category as consumers are more concerned with their health. Unilever has recently acquired two new therapeutic brands.

Fluocaril is a brand with strong heritage in protecting against cavities. Cavities is the number 1 concern for oral care amongst consumers and health care professionals. Fluocaril is Market leader in France.

Parogencyl is a brand focused on gum health, a growing oral care need. It is a brand with great potential.

The Professional Marketing function leads the implementation of the communication programme to the dental professionals, so this is an exciting position within the team.

Main purpose

The role is to lead the Professional Marketing programme in France for all brands including the latest addition Fluocaril and Parogencyl with the main objective to become the number one recommended brand by dentists for each brand.

· Ensure best of class implementation of professional programme in France, including the correct reach, number of samples and deployment of global assets for professionals (dentists, hygienists, pharmacists)

· Work closely with local regulatory and legal to localize:

o materials for face to face detailing, conferences, congresses, publications, and other.

o social media campaigns & brand.com, including on-line sampling

· Identify and manage the relationship with key dentist’s opinion leaders

· Map and ensure participation in the main local and regional congresses

· Work closely with the local consumer team to ensure an integrated plan for consumers and professionals in France

· Closely collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment to the global strategy and avoid duplication of work

· Effective management of budget to deliver demonstrable return on investment across both brands

Business skills

· 7years + of experience in professional marketing or therapeutic/ pharma/ dermatological brands with strong professional programme

· Experience in project management

Fluent in French + English

· Experience with oral care is desirable

· Digital acumen is a must
