Operational Marketing Manager




We are looking for an Operational Marketing Manager to be part of the Sales & Marketing team based in one of our plants in France, Luxembourg, or Belgium. You will be part of an international environment connecting with people having very diverse backgrounds. You will contribute to make United Caps win in the market by helping us smooth the customer experience. This is a hands-on experience at the service of a family company who is leader of closure solutions in Europe. The ideal candidate is a proactive person, who has a natural curiosity to learn and who enjoys working with others.




Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be the main interface of the marketing cell for all internal questions related to the product sales tools: product presentations, product data sheets, price lists, MOQs per plant, etc.




Your key responsibilities:



Build and maintain an exhaustive documentation library for all the company catalogue. The content should be relevant, updated, with a professional appearance and easy to find. This requires regular interactions with the Segment/Product Managers, R&D, Plants, Sales Managers and the Communication Department.
Manage the operational tasks of the product portfolio assigned: propose the adapted sales tools, do the assessment of new product developments when requested and support the sales team.
Support with products samples management when required.
Manage transversal projects that will help to improve internal marketing working processes according to the business needs. This requires making the analysis of the current situation, collecting insights from the marketing colleagues, from other departments to then build and implement the deliverables expected.



Profile:



At least 5 years of working experience in a role in connection with sales or marketing. Experience in interactions with customers and/or sales managers; ideally a background in an industrial or technical environment.
Excellent mastery and interest for Power Point & Excel.
Proven project management skills : capacity to lead projects in autonomy, capacity to anticipate tasks/resources and get self-organized.
High level of organizational and administrative skills. Must be detail oriented.

Good communication skills: oral and written.
Fluent in English. Other European languages are a must.

Flexibility to travel once or twice per month to attend international meetings in Europe.

Location: Western Europe, home office accepted up to 30%.
