Your challenges

Joining our Marketing  & Communication department, you will be part of a collaborative team responsible for the development and execution of regional marketing activities directed towards professional target group (Installers and dealers). You will be guiding markets to optimise the sales activities to reach, engage, convert and develop loyalty among the professional audience.

Your primary tasks will be to:

· Imagine, develop and coordinate Regional Campaigns, Tactical campaigns and Product Launch Campaigns.

· Increase the relevancy across installers and Dealers.

· Plan and execute exhibitions and events.

· Administrate, maintain and plan POS activities.

· Administrate, maintain and improve the support and services professional environment set up (VELUX Academy, Rewards program, VELUX pro, VELUX&CO, Dealer extranet)

· Manage a team of 7 direct reports.

You will be based at Morangis and be a part of a global organisation. You can expect to travel approximately 30 days annually – both nationally and internationally.

Your qualifications

With your creative mindset and great project management skills, you enjoy exploring new possibilities and working with a variety of stakeholders. You are a great communicator with high verbal and written skills. You thrive in an international environment and know how to act local and think global. You have a deep market knowledge, and you are familiar working with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns.

Moreover, we expect that you:

· Have a MS/BS degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field.

· Have professional proficiency in English in both speech and writing.

· Proven experience in a similar role.

· Gérer, maintenir et améliorer l'environnement professionnel de support et de services mis en place (VELUX Academy, programme de récompenses, VELUX pro, VELUX&CO, Extranet revendeur)

· Gérer une équipe de 7 personnes

Vous serez basé à Morangis et ferez partie d'une organisation mondiale. Vous pouvez vous attendre à voyager environ 30 jours par an, tant au niveau national qu'international.

Votre profil

Avec votre esprit créatif et vos compétences en gestion de projet, vous aimez explorer de nouvelles possibilités et travailler avec une variété de parties prenantes. Vous êtes un excellent communicant avec de grandes compétences verbales et écrites. Vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement international et savez agir localement et penser global. Vous avez une connaissance approfondie du marché et vous êtes familier avec les campagnes publicitaires B2B et B2C.

De plus, nous attendons de vous :

· Avoir un diplôme MS/BS en marketing, communication, commerce ou dans un domaine similaire.

· Avoir une maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit.

· Expérience avérée dans un rôle similaire.
