Your challenges

As part of a dedicated VELUX team you will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing activities for the Region Southwest Europe. You will be working developing scalable communication tools for offline and online touchpoints.

You will ensure relevancy for our category and brand for installers/dealers and network with roofing companies and potential partners.

Your primary tasks will be to:

·        Understand the VELUX installers segment across the region

·        Define activities that support the segment growth and loyalty

·        Develop and deliver campaigns that facilitate relevancy and awareness.

·        Develop copy and visuals for marketing content and tools

·        Promote our products and services that makes installers ambassadors of our category and brand.

·        Gather installer feedback to inform sales and product management.

·        Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels.

·        Track ROI for marketing campaigns.

·        Produce marketing copy for our channels.

·        Define and develop training programs and content for the segment

You will be based at Morangis, France and be a part of a global organisation. You can expect to travel approximately 30 days annually – both nationally and internationally.

Your qualifications

With your creative mindset, market knowledge and great project management skills, you enjoy exploring new possibilities and working with a variety of stakeholders. You are a great communicator with great verbal and written skills. You thrive in an international environment and know how to act local and think global. With your great interest in marketing, creative processes and the planning of content is exiting to you.

Moreover, we expect that you:

·        Have a BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field.

·        Have previous work experience as a Marketing Communication Specialist or similar role.

·        Speak and write English fluently.

Vos défis

En tant que membre d'une équipe VELUX dédiée, vous serez responsable du développement et de l'exécution des activités marketing pour la région Europe du Sud-Ouest. Vous travaillerez au développement d’outils de communication évolutifs pour les points de contact offline et online.

Vous assurerez la pertinence de notre catégorie et de notre marque pour les installateurs/revendeurs et vous établirez un réseau avec des entreprises de couverture et nos partenaires.

Vos principales tâches seront de :

- Comprendre le segment des installateurs VELUX dans la région

- Définir les activités qui soutiennent la croissance et la fidélisation du segment

- Développer et diffuser des campagnes qui facilitent la pertinence et la notoriété.

- Développer des textes et des visuels pour le contenu et les outils marketing

- Promouvoir nos produits et services qui font des installateurs des ambassadeurs de notre catégorie et de notre marque.

- Recueillir les commentaires des installateurs pour éclairer les ventes et la gestion des produits.

- Coordonner la conception du matériel promotionnel et le distribuer sur les canaux en ligne et hors ligne.

- Suivez le retour sur investissement des campagnes marketing.

- Produire des textes marketing pour nos chaînes.

- Définir et développer des programmes et des contenus de formation pour le segment

Vous serez basé à Morangis, en France et ferez partie d'une organisation mondiale. Vous pouvez vous attendre à voyager environ 30 jours par an, tant au niveau national qu'international.

Vos qualifications

Grâce à votre esprit créatif, votre connaissance du marché et vos excellentes compétences en gestion de projets, vous aimez explorer de nouvelles possibilités et travailler avec une variété de parties prenantes. Vous êtes un excellent communicateur doté de grandes compétences orales et écrites. Vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement international et savez agir localement et penser globalement. Avec votre grand intérêt pour le marketing, les processus créatifs et la planification de contenu vous passionnent.

De plus, nous attendons de vous :

- Diplôme supérieur en marketing, communications, relations publiques ou dans un domaine pertinent.

- Avoir une expérience professionnelle antérieure en tant que spécialiste de la communication marketing ou dans un rôle similaire.

- Parler et écrire couramment l'anglais.
