Job description

As part of Portfolio & Hospital Management Team, The Project Manager Strategy and Portfolio Development Intern will support the key activities of ZENTIVA FRANCE Portfolio Development : Portfolio Building, In-Licensing and Product launch.

Within a multicultural and international environment, demonstrating high ambitions of growth, the candidate will have to support high ambitions of Portfolio growth, being a key priority in 2023.

Portfolio Building :
Contribute to construction of Zentiva France Portfolio strategy at a 5-10 years horizon, with focus on Launch Projects interest analysis, validation and monitoring (Gx, Value-added projects), being key for Zentiva France Roadmap Management and Extension.

Within an international environment (Headquarter in Prague), the project Manager Strategy and Portfolio Development will need to demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills in order to meet high Portfolio ambitions - business and timely driven.

In-licensing & Partner Network Management :
Initiate and drive a strategic monitoring of the European pharma in- & out-licensing environment with objective to gather updated offers/catalog of major Licensors/Suppliers. Objective : speeding-up deals origination, market screening and opportunity identification/selection phases.
Participate in Business Case preparation, Partner discussions and Contract negotiations.

Launch management :
Coordination of key operationnal steps for product launch in collaboration with various teams involved: regulatory affaires, supply, quality... and with Global launch team based in Prague.
Preparation of sales forecasts, maintenance of product launch sequence and database

Profile

Integrated internship of a Master Degree in Science (Master 2, Pharmacy, Engeneering School) with Business background (Business School)

Strong interest in pharmaceutical Industry and high motivation for Business Analysis and Project Management.
