Working closely with and supporting thecommercial head and local Business leaders this role will drive andleverage processes and tools to drive performance and costefficiencies whilst aligning directly to global corporate strategicobjectives and key transformation activities.How You Create ImpactLeadership of the country Supply Chain, Customer Service,Warehousing, Loaner Management and Distribution teams, ensuring SLAsand targets are met, KPIs are in place and all processes and centresare running at optimum efficiency and effectivenessWorkclosely with the Executive leadership to develop, propose andexecute Customer Centric Supply Chain strategies that support thebusiness and aim to provide competitive advantage in all areas ofthe Commercial Operations functionLead and grow Talent,including hiring, advancing, and retaining Talent within own areaand in collaboration with the other Functions and HR. Own the TalentpoolOwn the execution of all Transformation relatedprograms and projects in said area of responsibility as they relateto processes, people, footprint and technologyAssure thedelivery of correct Demand Plans that will enable the country tomeet sales and service objectives in each marketMaintainhigh standards of Health & Safety across the region inaccordance with the Company’s Health & Safety policy. Ensuredepartmental procedures support corporate quality & compliancerequirements. Perform all activities in compliance with relevantQuality System standardsSupport and drive Product LifeCycle management & product rationalization execution to ensuresmooth & well communicated market launch and exit of pre-definedproduct linesWhat Will Make You Stand OutDemonstrated & detailed level of knowledge andunderstanding of complex global Supply ChainsExperiencewith leading edge supply chain systems & technologies (SAP, APO,or similar systems)Ability to operate independently anduse judgment for high impact decisionsAbility to simplifya complex supply chain, while considering global & regional taximplicationsDemonstrated experience successfully leadingand engaging teams across multiple locations within regionDemonstrates effective written and oral communication andpresentation skills, ability to interact with seniormanagementStrong analytical skills, along with strongexperience with analytics toolsets (Excel, Tableau)Demonstrated Commercial Operations Strategy skills, with anability to define and implement strategic initiativesUnderstanding of strategic cost issues and uses range oftechniques for cost reduction to meet targetsStrongFinancial acumen, with a solid understanding of Financial Statements(P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash-Flows)Ability to engage incontract negotiations and develop contracts on a national orregional basis; create basic project plans and manger source planand implementation across functions and sitesDegree inLogistics Engineering, Business Administration or equivalentjob-related experienceComprehensive knowledge in jobrelated functional areaWhat Will Make You SuccessfulStrong communication skills, comfortable presenting new ideasat a senior levelPeopleand Performance Management, Teamwork, Organization and thoughtleadershipFluent English and FrenchWho We AreZimmer Biomet is a world leader in musculoskeletalhealth solutions.
