About this opportunity 


As a Customer Success Specialist you will focus on building long-term relationships with doctors and dental practices. You will provide world-class customer care and in addition effectively educate customers in each interaction acting on the root of the problem and provide effective and efficient support to customer’s inquiries.  


In this role, you will… 



Respond to basic administrative clinical questions received from customers via phone, e-mail or live-chat.
Initiate contact with customer to clarify treatment goals or vague instructions.
Ensure timely resolution to customer contact issue whether in-bound or out-bound.
Be alert to trends in requests and issues reported by customers.  Research information to answer inquiries from customers and share learning’s with departmental peers and management
Provide input regarding training needs to customer support’s supervisor of training and quality development; assist with development and presentation of information and training when requested.
Participate in special projects and/or training when requested.
Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.
Offer solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine and require some clarification.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of company processes, procedures and product information/materials.

In this role, you’ll need … 



Relevant work experience in a customer facing environment, e.g. Customer Service, Client Support, Hospitality etc.
Native level French and Fluent English (spoken, written, reading)
Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills
Dynamic, optimistic, accurate, results oriented, hard-working, creative
Ability to work without constant supervision
Able to flourish in young international company experiencing significant growth
