About this opportunity

The Office Manager takes care of the day to day running of the office (facilities), travel arrangements, emergency response team, and other key areas contributing to the daily office environment

In this role, you will…

Be responsible for overall functioning and daily operations of facilities (equipment & furniture, organizing repairs, following through on different agreement with relevant vendors, etc) Supervise and maintain canteen, reception, etc Maintain contact with landlord and coordinate outstanding issues Organize travel/ internal activities Coordinate the emergency response team and set up safety procedures

In this role, you’ll need …

Native French and fluent English High school diploma with several years administrative/supervisory responsibility and achievements Knowledge of clerical procedures and impeccable organization skills
