To support our ambition to unleash our clients’ potential, we rely on our great team of Botifyers located in New York, London, Paris, Singapore and more. We’re now looking for our French Office & Culture Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a tech scale-up with the goal of re-establishing our highly engaging culture and bringing the whole team back together. Your role will consist of daily and recurrent tasks as well as larger one-off projects. As part of our People team, you’ll also work with our Office Managers based in New York and London, to contribute to a consistent and attractive work environment.
You are results-oriented, proactive, solution-driven, and highly communicative – and most importantly you will be curious to discover our culture and join our journey!
This job is located in our Paris office.
Your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Office Manager:

·       Maintain a well-organized, secure, and welcoming working environment 


·       Proactively manage the deliveries & work with vendors to ensure office supplies, snacks, and drinks (Orders, deliveries & stock management)


·       Welcoming our guests, candidates, and customers to our Paris office


·       Support internal communications and provide organizational support as needed


·       Work with the IT team on the French teams' equipment


·       Support on the onboarding process for new hires


·       Manage the office as necessary, supervise the layout, renovation/optimization work, and logistics

Culture Manager :

·       Embrace Botify's values and communicate them to employees


·       Nuture a dynamic and happy environment where everyone can contribute to the company’s success


·       Lead, manage, and support the organization of internal and external initiatives and events, creating a sense of belonging for in-office, flexible, and full remote employees through team & company offsites and milestone celebrations


·       Working with the CSE to develop, implement, and champion initiatives and social events for the French teams

Missions are not limited. Possible evolution according to the profile
You are the ideal candidate if you: 

·       Speak fluent French and very good English


·       Are very thorough and detail-oriented


·       Are independent and proactive


·       Generally have a smile on your face!


·       Mastery of Slack & other internal communications tools is a plus
