THE CHALLENGE

The Supply Chain Controller / Demand Planer Western & Southern Europe, is responsible for planning the supply and assisting in the execution of replenishment for a designated range of legal entities within EMEA. Ensuring optimization of inventory levels within these legal entities via collaboration with other stakeholders in the forecasting process, excess inventory management techniques and expediting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain Fill Rate of 98% by proactively identifying and taking action to avoid potential stock outs Manage PIPO related activities for legal entities in scope Actively participate and control excess stock for legal entities in scope and regional inventory re-balancing Controller of all PFEP for Region • Validate PID Level Forecast for each location Controller of Inventory & Supply Flows for Region Update and Monitor coverage files for each location Identify Supply Problems and expedite orders to ensure OTIF and avoid stock-outs SAP Key User Responsibility of SAP Key user for the region. Build sufficient knowledge of SAP system processes and practices to become a key user in order to support users in the region on a day to day basis and provide support to future roll outs and ERP improvement projects. You hold a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent in related discipline. APICS or MCIPS certification is an asset You have 0 - 5 years of experience in Supply Chain planning function, ideally working with multi-national teams You have Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft office package (Primarily MS Excel). You are fluent in English. French or Italian a strong asset. You are a detailed, accurate and precise person, with excellent customer focus and Planning & Organizational Skills You are a true team player, flexible, pragmatic and authentic. Travel outside the office: 15-20% of the time
