We are looking for our Office Manager to organize and coordinate office procedures.
Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Office manager duties and responsibilities include making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees.
A successful Office manager should also have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
Facility Management
Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: maintenance, mail reception, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shopping,... Address employees queries regarding office management issues Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services Be in charge of our next office relocationSupport
Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms Support the HR team on all the in-house or off-site activities (e.g. conferences, meetups, parties) Provide general support to visitors (e.g. welcoming, access badge)Requirements
+5 years experience as an Office manager in startup environment Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem solving skills Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) Fluent in English.Benefits
