Project Management Officer (w/m)

YOU WILL VIBE WITH US

The PMO will report directly to the Director of Strategic projects, Mergers and Acquisitions and PMO.

Your main responsibilities will be to help define the framework for key projects (methodology, key KPIs, reporting format) as well as to help organize and formalize communication and reporting for the internal key stakeholders (Group Executive committee, BU Technology leaders, Global Technology Executive Committee, Technology teams). You will also contribute and/or lead key projects impacting the Group Technology organization.

Your main missions will be the following:

Define the framework for key projects and manage the Global project portfolio

Contribute to the definition and follow-up of the Global project portfolio

Monitor project management KPIs (Project on time, on budget, on scope)

Define the Project Management tool (MS Project) deployment roadmap and follow-up on deployment's progress

Contribute to the definition and deployment of the Group Project Management methodology and trainings

Organize and formalize communication and reporting for the key internal stakeholders (Group Executive Committee, BU technology leaders, Global Technology Executive Committee, Technology teams)

Define agenda and formalize communication decks for all key meetings (Group Executive Committee, Quarterly meetings with the Group Technology leaders, Quarterly meetings with the Global Technology teams, …)

Support the preparation of the monthly Project Reviews with the Group Executive Committee

Contribute to the preparation and facilitation of the Quarterly Tech Talks (event broadcasted live for the whole internal Tech community)

Support key transversal topics within Global Technology

Update the Technology online service catalogue and lead its annual update in collaboration with all the service owners

Contribute to the annual satisfaction survey: define framework, build form, analyze, and consolidate data, lead interviews

Contribute to the update of Global Technology KPIs

Lead/Contribute to the key projects impacting the Technology organization

The PMO will be working in close collaboration with the Global Technology team as well as with the Business Units (both operational and IT).

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

Graduated from an engineering school or Business school, you have 6+ years of experience in an audit or consulting firm (or similar position in a company) acquired in an international environment.

You have demonstrated:

Good understanding of organizations and of the stakes of a Technology department

Interest for Digital and Technology

Nimbleness and ability to handle multiples topics at the same time

Rigorous organization, formalization, planification and follow-up of your projects

Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and ability to work with stakeholders of all levels (from management to the teams)

Conceptualization and formalization skills

Analytical skills

You are/have:

Enthusiast and dynamic

Humor and patience

Microsoft Office suite needs to be a know-how, especially Excel and Powerpoint, MS Project would be a plus

Languages required: French and English, other languages would be a plus (Spanish, Portuguese).
