Description de l'offre
Our client is an important investment fund, looking for an Officer Fees and Expenses Management and Control for a temporary mission.
The Officer Fees and Expenses Management and Control works under the guidance and supervision of and reports to the Head of Unit of the Fees and Expenses Management and Control. He is focused on processing the fees and expenses activities in relation with the transactions under their responsibility and in reporting on them as necessary. He operates in the framework of detailed and substantially diversified procedures, standards and precedents while working autonomously in line with the Fee and Expense processes.
The candidate performs all necessary checks in order to deliver accurate results at all times. He provides data and relevant fee calculation in a timely manner, as well as flag potential critical situation of counterparties. He maintains excellent client relationship at all times. He participates to the implementation of new procedures. He has internal contacts with internal services and daily interaction with other members of the team. He also has external contacts with Financial intermediaries, mandators, auditors and other relevant external counterparties as applicable.
The ideal candidate has university degree preferably in a business related field (Business Administration, Accounting, Economics) or equivalent professional qualification. An additional professional qualification (e.g. CFA) is considered an advantage. The ideal candidate has a professional experience preferably in operations, middle office, accounting or in financial audit.
Profil recherché
The candidate has a good understanding of financial products (equity, guarantees, loans) in assigned domain of responsibilities. He has a good knowledge of financial analysis and standard audit methodology. He has also some knowledge of legal documentation (interpretation of financial and legal documentation). He has excellent numerical skills, proficiency in standard IT applications. He is fluent in English and knowledge of others EU languages.
Finally the ideal candidate has good interpersonal skills, he is stress-tolerant, flexible and able to organise and prioritise.
