Job Description

We need you

Implicity went from 40p in December 2021 to 100p in December 2022; and we'll continue to grow.

The Office & Event & Happiness Manager position is then a crucial position to bind everyone around our core values, a shared dynamic, and make the initial spark & spirit live on for the years to come.

You will report directly to the COO.

Office & Facility Management [30%]

You ensure office to BE a clean, tidy welcoming place, full of good vibes. You can initiate any improvements going in this direction

You handle reception and shipment of packages, mails, and Implicity's reception

You manage supplies orders, track stocks and inventories. You file and archives.

You manage the different office providers/partners, negotiate and control contracts

You plan and manage the next office moves

You ensure offices are compliant with health & security regulations, you manage emergency procedures, security trainings, etc. You also are the COVID referent

Overall, you are a daily support for all employees for general enquiries

Travel & expenses [15%]

You are the travel and expense policy master, you control rules are understood and applied

You make domestic and international travel and accommodation arrangements for collective business trips

You check and pay professional expenses

Event Management [20%]

You organize a yearly unforgettable offsite meeting for the whole company

You help to organize department offsite meetings

You give a hand to marketing for some business event organization

Overall, you always know the greatest places for any kind of event, and frequently book places for people to lunch, meet, enjoy

Happiness Management [20%]

You set an annual event calendar with weekly afterworks / Monthly special afterworks / monthly external activities / monthly little treats / monthly sport events / monthly conferences / monthly massages... Yeah we actually do all of that !

You find any occasion to celebrate or decorate !

We work with Windoo platform, and you get the most of IT

Accounting [15%]

You manage receipts and invoices for budget tracking, and you pay suppliers / service providers

You realize some monthly reporting assistance and miscellaneous accounting tasks

You make yourself helpful on general company administrative duties (insurances, Kbis, etc.)

If the company has a 3 days remote policy, we yet expect youto BE mostly at the office.

At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with your manager, to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve your skills.

Each team works with quarterly OKR, to BE crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.

The annual appraisal is shared exchange moment, focused on your development.

Preferred Experience

You are

Your Background

You have 1st relevant experience in a similar position (outside internships/apprenticeships) and similar environment (Scale-up)

Experience in events organization > 50p

Your Hard Skills

You are definitely UX oriented in your process set up and your communication

You can multi-task and BE frequently interrupted and still stay precise and organized

You are IT agile (Notion, DropBox, Sheets, etc.)

You are both super fluent in French & in English

Your Soft Skills

You have a deep and genuine People Care attitude / sense of service

You have a great creativity, constantly exploring the world around looking for the new thing

You're like organizationally impressive...

You are autonomous and very self-sufficient, you enjoy overcoming barriers

Strong work ethic & daily act with integrity, honesty and fairness

For this job (CDI - full time), your base salary will around 30K€ depending on your experience
