The role
Kindred is recruiting for a new Content and Customer Experience Manager position for its Unibet France brand (Sports betting, Horse Racing and Poker). Passionate about sports and gambling? Expert in optimising customer interactions? This is a unique opportunity to head up our French team at the #1 Sports betting online operator in France.
What you will do
In charge of the Customer Experience and Content Team, your goal will be to optimise the customer journey and lifetime value for the Unibet France brand through the following responsibilities:
Customer Experience
Work cross functionally with all stakeholders to ensure that the customer is at the heart of what we do and manage dedicated projects
Manage dedicated projects to increase KPIs by optimising our customers journey's (registration, deposit, withdraw)
Supporting and helping the Customer Service team to a standard of excellence by having a constant discussion not limited to routine tickets to identify areas of strength and improvement
Ensure collaboration with the Player Sustainability team on various subjects such as projects, KYC and customer behaviors
Manage client surveys and focus-group organization
Be a key representative of the French team and cooperate with other departments within Kindred Group to ensure alignment
Content
Manage the content team and lead the content strategy
Ensure scheduling all of daily sportsbook events, highlights and promotions
Being in charge of content creations (videos, newsletters, promotions pages)
Ensure the quality of the content delivered on our platforms
Benchmark our competitors on a daily basis to ensure that we're always at the top regarding our business
Communication
Drive and ensure execution of daily communication to customers on all channels: onsite, newsletters, push mobile applications
Build strong reports to optimise and monitor communications
Manage external providers (emailing, marketing platform, streaming)
Your experience
Master's degree in marketing or communications field
Circa three + years experience in a marketing environment, with a background in a B2C organization
Great organization, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail
Previous experience working in the gambling industry (Sports betting, Horse Racing, Poker) is advisable, but not necessary
Ability to make important, prompt decisions and to take accountability for actions and communications in a fast-paced consumer business
Strong analytical background, understanding of ROI and excellent with numbers
Strong, proven leadership abilities with the capacity to build trust
French and English language skills are essential.
