Supply chain operations at LEGO are driven by an amazing purpose and awesome people. Bring your expertise in demand planning to put some of the world's most-loved and iconic toys into the hands of happy children!

As a key player of the France & Iberia Operations team based in our Paris office, you will be the go-to person for the Sales team to ensure our consumers can find the right products at retailers in the most efficient way.

Core Responsibilities

Working in close collaboration with – and acting as a true sparring partner for – the Sales team to deliver forecasts for Launch, Promotional, Exclusives and Bundles. Challenge and support Sales in flow planning for their accounts whilst delivering state-of-the-art analysis to inform decision-making. Back up the Demand Planning Manager on all forecast related topics. Be part of the Sales and Operations Planning Process in France & Iberia, including engaging in our monthly Executive S&OP meetings. Actively taking part in the Western-Europe Demand Planning network, contributing to projects in partnership with the regional team. Proactively contribute to the improvement of internal processes, ways of working and tools.

The France & Iberia Operations team is responsible for delivering demand plans, order and inventory management, customer service, as well as securing operational infrastructure for other market functions (Sales, Marketing).

This role will contribute to our goal of reaching more kids with our LEGO bricks through the delivery of strong forecasts.

Do you have what it takes?

Consistent track record in Demand Planning, or as a Business Analyst or in a Sales position (ideally within FMCG). A good understanding of supply chain operations within a retail environment. Excellent analytics skills with the ability to analyse data from multiple sources. A flair for communicating detailed findings to various stakeholders in a concise manner that is easy to understand and influences others. Proficient user of MS Office (a love of, and skill for Excel is key!); experience in SAP is an advantage. Sharp attention to number accuracy and detail. A team player with a challenger spirit – you are driven by the desire to bring value to the company. Educated to bachelor’s degree level. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. Spanish is a plus.
