About The Role

For its Division, LivaNova is looking for new talents. We are currently looking for a regional demand planner to help us grow our Business in Europe. This position will report directly to the global supply chain director. This position requires close working collaboration with many departments such as Sales, Marketing, Regulatory affairs, Customer service and Logistics to capture and understand changing needs while influencing, obtaining agreement, and implementing improvements in Demand Planning practices.

Role Responsibilities

Responsible for the supply chain processes, such as forecasting, demand planning and inventory analysis, within the region Compiles key metrics specific to the region, produces reports, and analyzes data Manages local inventory levels, returns and expiration requirements Works directly with Demand Planning and Commercial Operations counterparts to identify product needs, timing, and phase in / out plans Identifies potential parts shortage/obsolescence concerns and creates and communicates plans together with Demand Planning. Drives solutions to limit the impact to the business Reports on key supply chain performance indicators specific the region Checking inventory targets and their execution at market level Supports the design, development and institutionalization of business innovation projects and supply chain best practices Collaborates cross functionally to ensure internal customer’s needs are met and their work is aligned with the integrated supply chain strategy Assures compliance with departmental policies, procedures, work instructions, budgets, and controls; prepares and supports audits of systems and processes from internal and external sources Performs other duties as may be required by management

What are we looking for?

Minimum Requirements

5 years of progressive operations, supply chain, demand planning, global procurement, or inventory and materials management experience In depth knowledge with an integrated enterprise level planning system Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Strong communication skills, written and oral English: proficient in written and spoken French: it would be a plus Strong background in data consolidation and statistical analysis Working knowledge of Windows applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of SAP A bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, logistics, accounting or technical related field or have equivalent experience Analytical and planning skills, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and flexibility complete the profile

5 or more years related work experience
