Are you passionate about making the customers happy? Then you might be our new Customer Care Representative!

Nilfisk is on a journey from a product-centric focus to a customer-focused mindset, and one of our must-win battles is to drive customer engagement which we need your help to achieve.
As our new Customer Care Representative, you will provide customers with comprehensive information to solve their problems or assist them in making sound decisions and achieve customer satisfaction. You will be based in the office in Courtaboeuf (Paris, Ile de France) where you will be part of a team of 4 ambitious colleagues, and you will report to the Customer Care Senior Manager.

A trusted and proactive customer ambassador

As our new Customer Care Representative, you will handle customer complaints and provide resolutions to ensure that proper and satisfactory customer service is delivered.

Essential responsibilities:

Management of incoming Sales & Service enquiries and orders Leverage data in our ERP system (SAP), CRM (SalesForce) and online tools (Ecommerce) Be an ambassador for Nilfisk’s Self-service channel (E-commerce) Seek commercial opportunities, and escalate sales and service leads as required Develop knowledge of key customers and build meaningful relationships Provide basic level of technical support to all types of customers Ongoing ad hoc administrative tasks

The ideal profile:

To succeed in this role, you have minimum 2-3 years of experience in inbound/outbound call experience in a B2B customer service or manufacturing environment. You are fluent in French and English both written and oral, and you take pride in finding the best solutions to our customers’ needs. You have a relevant bachelor’s degree, and if you have experience with SAP that would be an advantage.
