As our new Customer Care Representative, you will provide customers with comprehensive information to solve their problems or assist them in making sound decisions and achieve customer satisfaction. You will be based in the office in Courtaboeuf (Paris, Ile de France) where you will be part of a team of 12 ambitious colleagues, and you will report to the Customer Care Team Leader.
As our new Customer Care Representative, you will handle customer complaints and provide resolutions to ensure that proper and satisfactory customer service is delivered.
Essential responsibilities:
Answering inbound phone calls in a professional and helpful manner. Making outbound phone calls in response to any inquires, questions, or other follow up. Communication to customer concerning parts availability and price, open orders, and ship dates. Answer customer service inquiries and meet statistical expectations as set by supervisor. Sending and receiving supplier purchase orders. Issue credits and rebills according to policy and procedure. Manage projects/responsibilities and other duties as assigned.The ideal candidate
To succeed in this role, you have minimum 2-3 years of experience in inbound/outbound call experience in a customer service or manufacturing environment. You are fluent in French and English and you take pride in finding the best solutions to our customers’ needs. You are great at prioritizing your tasks and can manage multiple tasks at the same time. You are a problem-solver and you have a customer and commercial focused personality with the ability to plan and organize your daily tasks in a proper manner.
