We are offering a position as an Office Manager in our French sales office in Courtaboeuf (Île-de-France). The main purpose of this role is to coordinate all organizational, legal and facility management tasks to facilitate a smooth operation of the sales company as well as ensuring all local process are implemented and are fully aligned with the global policies.
Key responsibilities
Be the point of contact for all legal issues and ensure follow up and align with the stakeholders concerned (e.g. HR, group legal counsel). Coordinate all local tasks with regard to the facility and align with Nilfisk head of facility management. Ensure a safe and secure working environment and initiate repairs and improvements to the facility. Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems. Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease in case not handled by the group. Manage local office staff (if any). Ensure all necessary local policies are in place and aligned with HR and group policies. Roll out of policies in the organization and ensure they are followed. Point of contact with third parties and authorities. Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events. Represent local management when absent. Be the guardian of the Nilfisk behaviors. Support organization with commercial activities.Requirements
Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English and preferably knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian. Office management experience. Basic knowledge of French (labor) law. Commercial mindset. Diplomatic and service-oriented. Problem solver who is not afraid of taking decisions. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence.
