As part of our strong development, we are looking for:
A Human Resources Manager H / F
Within the Human Resources Department France, in a scope of 350 to 500 employees, you will be responsible for all HR-related tasks. More precisely, your missions will be:
Take the HR policy of ADP to your area, make every effort to manage it and support the operational managers in this direction,
Ensure the communication and application of the HR policy of the company within your entity,
Advising managers in the daily performance of employee management acts and accompanying them on the application of disciplinary power,
Manage jointly with the Operational Directors, the social dialogue,
Ensure the application of the company’s rules of life, internal rules for the management and development of Human Resources and ensure the application of social legislation,
Be proactive in improving processes and tools,
Manage the HR processes: integration, mobility, training and development, performance management (assessment of skills and potential, succession plan, …) compensation, personnel administration, IRP, employee satisfaction survey,
Pilot, advise and implement transversal HR projects,
Manage Prudhommaux litigation.
Graduate with a Master’s degree in HR (ESC, University), you have a minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position. You have a good knowledge of the international environment, if possible within a matrix structure.
You are proactive and provide daily support and advice to managers. You master social law and HR practices. You like working in a team, you demonstrate a capacity to adapt to change and innovation.
