We are looking for your future Head of France to support the development of our business in France.

This role is really exciting as we are in a deep transformation deployment (digital, people, leader, organization).

Roles and Responsibilities

This role reports to Global HR Director based in the Netherlands.

Your missions are the following:

Development of the Group's HR policy and strategy in France:

Implement the HR process and HR agenda in France (employees’ cycle from onboarding to offboarding)
Support the leadership & management team
Recruitment management (with RPO support)

Support the leadership team in the transformation projects:

Support the team on the transformation implementation (organization, culture, people)
Animate engagement agenda, and action plans
Be part of the CODIR (Leadership Team)

HR Project Management and Management of France HR team (2 employees, payroll externalized)

Prevention of health and safety at work
Management of 2 great employees (1 HR Generalist and Safety Coordinator)
Simplify the HR process
Participate in Global HR projects (ESG project, building HR vision, etc.)

Manage social relations

Animation of the work council
Negotiations with trade unions
Renewal of work council end of 2024

Required Qualifications and Attributes

Your profile:

You have at least 8 years of experience in Human Resources (generalist HR capability incl. recruitment and selection, compensation, and benefits, training and development, solid employment law knowledge).
Cross-cultural agility and experience working in an international business environment.
Ability to work cross functions
Through your experience, you have demonstrated excellent change management skills.
You are autonomous, proactive, and resilient!
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
A perfect command of English both in written and verbal communication is required.
A Master's degree in Social, Labor law/Human resources
