Excelya - Excelling with care | European full-service CRO

Excelya is a European CRO offering full-service, customized solutions to perfectly match clients’ clinical research projects.

The Global Clinical Trial Assitant will be responsible for the following tasks:

Within the Oncology Clinical Development department , in collaboration with the project manager:

VeevaVault eTMF management: document loading and quality control of clinical trial documents (60% of the time)
Administrative and budgetary activities on the different stages of a clinical trial (setting up, monitoring and closing), participation in project team meetings (40% of the time)

Profile:

Good experience (at least 2 years) in the clinical trials secretariat of a pharmaceutical laboratory,
Good knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
Desired experience with eTMF VeevaVault or other similar system,
Experience or ability to adapt very quickly to system tools such as SAP/iBuy, CTMS VeevaVault, DocuSign….
Fluent in english
Team spirit, adaptability, work on different projects at the same time and with different interlocutors
Rigor and appetite for quality control.
