CDD Chargé de recrutement / Recruiter France

6 months contract - Location Mantes la Jolie as the preferred location, or Levallois with the ability to go to Mantes la Jolie.

The Recruiter will perform global and local recruitments based in France, by sourcing and managing talents and ensuring they're a good fit for Linxens. The Recruiter will champion the Candidate and Manager experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc
Organize and lead the kickoff meeting, ensuring HR best practices
Create job advertisement from the job specifications
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resume and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Ensure new employees onboarding in order to become fully integrated
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and above
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) within a technical / manufacturing environment.
Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
French native with good English level (C1 ideally)
Sourcing and Recruitment expertise
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Change management experience
Ability and willingness to work with cross-functional teams
Good communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to negotiate with peers and management in a confident and compelling manner
