Job Description:

Are you a seasoned regulatory affairs professional with a passion for cosmetics and skincare? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Senior Cosmetics Regulatory Affairs Specialist with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Cosmetics Regulatory Affairs Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all cosmetic products meet the regulatory requirements in the regions where they are sold, including but not limited to FDA, EU, and other international regulations.

Product Registration: Oversee the preparation and submission of product registrations, notifications, and documentation required for market entry.
Labeling and Claims: Review and approve product labeling and marketing claims to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Product Documentation: Maintain and organize all regulatory documentation, including safety assessments, toxicological data, and technical files.

Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with the latest regulations and industry trends to advise on potential impacts and changes.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams to ensure regulatory compliance in new product development and launches.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Regulatory Affairs).
4-5 years of experience in cosmetics regulatory affairs.
Proficiency in English (CV submission in English is required).
In-depth knowledge of cosmetics regulations and guidelines, including FDA, EU, and international requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
