We are looking for an intern for our Data Culture & Literacy department. Within the Enterprise Data Management teams, your objectives will BE to communicate with the Data teams and users impacted by the current projects in order to ensure a better cohesion on the projects, a better adoption of the tools by the users and a better visibility on the data subjects and the value brought to Alstom's businesses within the framework of a great digitalization of our activities.
You will BE in charge of the following missions :
Creation, sending and follow-up of the team's newsletters
Follow-up of the needs and support of the users
Participation in the creation of a chatbot type tool, questions & answers
Participation in data events (10, 000 guests, minimum 20% participation rate)
Surveys of end-users for the collection of needs
PROFILE
Education level : Bachelor's degree in progress at least
Technical skills : Editorial skills, change management, communication and marketing. Non-mandatory knowledge of data and digitalization, but appreciable, fluent in English.
Behavioral skills : Great sense of adaptation necessary, diplomacy and empathy required, curiosity is fundamental (progressive discovery of Alstom's business lines and data issues).
