Our ambition at Bolero is to unlock the untapped value of music intellectual property (IP) by enabling fans to co-own master recording and publishing income rights, while also allowing artists to monetize their catalog without loss of creative control. As a valuable member of our Digital Marketing team, the Community Manager will play a crucial role in bringing our vision to life by strategically growing our brand and fostering an engaged community.




To connect people through music and create a vibrant community, we are seeking an enthusiastic intern who will lead our community relations. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the way music enthusiasts engage, collaborate, and participate in the evolution of the industry.




About Bolero





In just two years, we have pioneered the emergence of music catalog tokenization and are leading the Music Industry into this exciting new space.
We collaborate with tier-1 management agencies, record labels, and distributors to create a collaborative practice that is set to become the standard in the Music Industry.
We are backed and advised by artists such as Rilès, producers, a tier-1 French-American VC fund, and a group of tier-1 business angels.



Role




We are seeking a full-time Community Manager Intern to join our passionate marketing team that values free-flowing creativity, analytical decision-making, and launching trendsetting campaigns.


You will help each team discover, own, and execute Bolero's next music releases for 10x growth.


Reporting directly to the founders, you will have the opportunity to take on this world-changing opportunity, and together, we will ensure that this will be the best role of your career.




Mission




As our Community Manager, your mission will include:




Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant and engaged community by proactively interacting with users, responding to inquiries, and cultivating meaningful conversations around music and co-ownership. Maintain a strong presence across various social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Discord.



Content Creation: Develop and execute creative content ideas that resonate with the target audience, showcasing the benefits of co-owning songs and earning royalties. Create compelling and engaging posts, videos, and graphics that capture the essence of the brand and drive community participation.



Brand Advocacy: Be the voice and ambassador of Bolero, effectively communicating the platform's unique value proposition and mission to community members. Foster brand loyalty by consistently delivering valuable and authentic content that aligns with the interests and aspirations of the community.



Song Shares Releases: Coordinate and promote the release of new songs as Song Shares, ensuring community members are informed and excited about the opportunity to co-own and earn royalties from the music they love. Develop creative marketing campaigns and strategies to maximize user engagement and participation.



Artist Announcements: Play a key role in announcing and promoting new artists joining the platform, generating anticipation and excitement within the community. Collaborate with the Music team to create impactful campaigns that highlight the artists' stories, music, and the benefits of their involvement with Bolero.



Platform Life: Provide regular updates and insights on the platform's developments, improvements, and upcoming features. Keep the community informed about changes, events, and opportunities, fostering a sense of ownership and participation in shaping the future of the platform.



What we are excited about





Your in-depth knowledge of the music industry, including stakeholders behind an artist's career, record production, artistic trajectory, and artist breakthroughs.
Your successful experience in growing a brand or community on social media platforms.
Your daily use and interaction with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Discord, and your personal brand growth.
Your excellent copywriting, public speaking, and social skills.
Your ability to work effectively in teams, give and receive feedback, identify issues, and provide solutions.
Your proactive approach and abundance of ideas.
Fluency (written and spoken) in English and French is mandatory, with a third language being a plus.
Previous experience in a consumer-app startup or BtoC is a plus.

Package




This is a full-time internship that includes transport allowance.


Fixed-compensation.


Based in Paris, France.
