We are looking for a creative, beauty obsessed content and social expert for our two entrepreneurial brands, Sleek MakeUP & Botanics.

About the opportunity

As our Content Lead, you will be responsible for the development and optimisation of our content strategy, creation of all cross-channel content that engages and inspires our consumers and broader communities, as well as the day-to-day management of our UK social platforms.

You will be an integral part of our brand and marketing teams, bringing our strategies and plans to life through our owned, paid and earned channels, with a focus on social and our brand websites.

You will be part of our Entrepreneurial Brand Team, reporting into the Botanics Marketing Manager with a dotted line into the Sleek Marketing Manager.You will collaborate with our in-house and external agencies to create compelling content that engages our audiences. You will be our social expert, responsible for creating the social calendars and managing our channels (inc. community management) in line with our brand strategies and standards, reporting on performance vs. KPIs.You will partner with our Assistant Brand Managers, PR and Web teams to plan and activate content across our owned, earned and paid channels, in line with the marketing plan. You will also collaborate with our third-party retailers and markets to deliver assets and ensure that we show up consistently as a brand across the globe.
About you

Passion for beauty and brands with purpose. You are a driven, hands on creator, thinking outside the box and constantly on the watch out for new social trends.Proven success managing social & influencer campaigns across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube).Ability to translate insights in to social & content strategies that deliver against brand KPIs.Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
