We’re expanding our international business and looking for a:Community Manager UK/US (native) - CDIAs part of the Digital Marketing team, the Community Manager will be in charge of posting content and creating member engagement on Carenity’s UK and US platforms. Post description:Creating and participating in discussions to encourage members to share their experiencesModerating platforms to ensure respect for community standards Managing and posting on the companies social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube)Writing and sending out newsletters with the goal of increasing member loyaltyFrench to English translation (articles, site functions...) including medical termsWriting SEO-optimised articles (patient interviews, survey results overviews, etc.)Testing new site functions and reporting bugsDefining and implementing a strategy to develop a sense of community and helping ambassador members to become representatives of the Carenity brandBenchmarking (the latest on health care and digital platforms) and proposing strategies to increase member engagement on the platformKeeping an eye on community health indicators (connection rate, number of comments, quality of responses, etc.)Help develop a successful strategy for the US market in terms of social media and platform engagement, as well as SEO and backlink optimization.
