YOUR ROLE

As a Press Relations & Social Media Project Manager, you join the Press Relations & Social Media department (4 people) and the Group’s communications team (10 people).

The Press Relations & Social Media Project Manager will be responsible for supporting Group’s Press Relations activity around the world, and Social Media presence, in coordination with the communications and marketing specialists in Edenred’s operational units in 45 countries.

In your daily tasks press relations means things like:

360 communications campaigns in coordination with Group’s key departments (Finance, Marketing & Strategy, HR & CSR, etc.) and local teams across the world.

Monitoring strategic media activities across the Group and providing support to local teams for key communications campaigns.

Identifying and organizing all speaking opportunities for Edenred’s executives (Group Executive Committee members, Operational Managers, Experts) in France and abroad.

Regarding social media you will:

Define and continuously evolve of the Group’s social media strategy.

Build relationships and take ownership of community management within Edenred group targeting unite and consistent social media presence.

Coordinate the editorial calendar for the Group and its subsidiaries on social media, as well as the creation of content, both in terms of messages and in terms of visual.

Onboard Edenred’s executives and employees on social media, especially on LinkedIn, and provide them support to administrate their accounts regularly.

Build and run an employee advocacy program together with the team.

Contribute to monitor and adopt a proactive approach on key brands and employers review platforms at Group and local level.

YOUR PROFILE

You will succeed in this role, if you have/are

At least 2 years’ experience in external communications (press relations and social media), ideally in a listed company in an international context, or in a communications agency.

Fluent in English and French (other languages appreciated, especially Spanish and Portuguese).

Excellent writing capabilities.

Energy, commitment, and enthusiasm, with a strong interest in new communication methods.

Attitude is key: quick, creative, curious, and eager to learn and progress, team-player.
