The Challenge Ahead:

EA are currently seeking a Community Manager. Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for engaging and building loyalty with EA’s communities, igniting social advocacy at scale with local relevancy with local players, communities and influencers within the territory.

What a Community Manager does at EA:
Partners with the Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) in development of the Community component of the Country Marketing Plans Works with the relevant social and communications agency, to support local contribution to plan and execution thereafter Responsible for executing local Community plan, within the framework of the overall Country Marketing Plan and global strategies Manages and moderates local owned and community channels while stimulating the right conversations Works with first parties and partner channels on surfacing relevant social content into their channels Curates content for local executions, including both EA and user-generated content Creates local content if commissioned by overall strategy Identifies key influencers, completes outreach activities and maintain relationships Executes global game changer programmes in-market Collects qualitative insights and surface to the RMMs and appropriate Cross Functional Teams Acts as the local lead for Competitive Gaming Division, including associated channel execution
The next great EA Community Manager also needs:
Passion for video games and the entertainment industry Fluent English Local language and culture competency In-depth and practical knowledge of social media platforms Excellent writing and language skills Capable to build relationship with key partners Experience in managing social media agencies Strong communication skills with ability to work in a multinational and diverse market environments Strong ability for team cooperation and working with remote cross functional teams
