We are recruiting for a digital & social media agency based in Paris.
You are in charge of designing and implementing digital and social media strategies for clients.
As an Expert, you define all the appropriate actions to implement the digital communication strategy. You are responsible for designing, animating, developing and monitoring your brands' projects. You work in collaboration with the content managers, art directors and motion designers.
Your scope of action is extended to the whole of digital, with an important social media scope (influence, content creation, photo and video shooting, media creation, web and social activation management).
You are the client and internal representative of the accounts assigned to you. You report to the strategic planner.
Define the strategy and ensure the inherent project management (creative briefs, client feedback, respect of production schedules)
Creative brief, charters/content, and activations
Organize resources on your projects and work in close collaboration with the allocated teams: content manager, art directors, motion...
Elaborate the monthly editorial planning for each social network (co-construction with the content manager in charge of content writing)
Validate the production of content and media in accordance with the client's request and the proposed strategy, particularly the editorial and graphic design
Guarantee the reporting of its actions internally and to clients
Define the KPI's: set up and follow up performance indicators for the management of actions in conjunction with the other divisions of the agency
Analyze performance and recommend areas for optimization and recommendations
Supervise one or more community managers
Co-construction of editorial platforms with the content manager
Participate in strategic recommendations on your clients in collaboration with the consulting department and strategic planning
Develop and present activation roadmaps (content and media coverage in conjunction with the Head of Performance)
Management of blogger and e-influencer relations: identification of relevant profiles, management of information and follow-up, periodic reporting, reflection on e-PR strategies
Social Listening and ereputation
Supervision of the moderation
Minimum 4 years' background in a creative digital/social media agency in an equivalent position
Experience in digital, social media, editorial
Expert in brand content and social strategy development
Mastery of different platforms
Mastery of SEO/SEM/SMO techniques
Experience in working with creatives
Mastery of KPi's
Managerial skills
Fluent in English
Master degree in marketing/com, digital marketing, school of communication
Facebook Manager
Studio Creator
Hootsuite, Loomly or other social network programming/monitoring software
