Your mission and responsibilities
You are our community management expert and specialist. Your role includes social media and beyond including leading our various user communities.
Social Media

Set and implement social media (twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) and communication campaigns aligned with our marketing strategies,

Provide engagement statistics to management,

Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews,

Create visual and engaging content - text, video, infographics, image - for our social media accounts,

Look out for article, image and video content relevant to the IntuiLab business for publishing/relaying on social media accounts.

IntuiFace Community

Animate and respond to comments and customer queries on community.intuilab.com,

Lead the IntuiFace Expert community: You will be the contact point for experts, update and maintain profiles, attract new experts, and inspire them to share about IntuiFace,

Manage the IntuiFace Marketplace publications and network - Build relationships with users and motivate them to create IntuiFace Experiences to share on the Marketplace.

Product content

Create IntuiFace content such as experience samples, design accelerators, IFTTT/Zapier recipes, etc. on a monthly basis and spread your work!

Your profile
Above all, we are looking for a unique personality who dreams of having an active role in the success of a proud French-American start-up.

Ideally, we look for the following:
Proven work experience as a social media manager,

Experience at growing and managing an engaged user community,

Excellent level of English (French is only a nice-to-have!) and excellent writing skills as well,

Good design skills (you’re good with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop for example) and, with time, ability to master IntuiFace,

Eager to understand IntuiLab’s market and business to be accurate and contextual in your job,

Passionate about healthy human interactions that are reflected in your social communication,

Pretty rigorous with strong planning skills, Love being part of a team, accepting responsibility and reporting results, even in difficult situations.
