Your mission :

As a senior community manager, you will develop strategies for Oh my Goal's social media platforms. Your primary mission will be to manage their communities and increase engagement.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Manage a team of junior community managers Manage Oh My Goal's international communities and engage with followers on a day-to-day on various social media platforms (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram...) Driving engagement, reach, and follower growth Filling out weekly community management reports and providing compelling insights

Requirements

A little about you :

3/4 years of experiences in Community Management Passionate about social media with some experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of the popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat & YouTube) Understanding of how to analyze insights and use them to make the right decisions Able to work independently as well as part of a team Highly organized and able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple pages English native with strong writing skills and attention to grammatical detail Have a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
