Community Manager
We are looking for a qualified Community manager to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, content creation, PR and community building, we would like to meet you.
Our ideal candidate has exceptional written communication skills in English (additionally Japanese or Chinese or Korean a plus) and is able to develop engaging, community building content. Ideally to cultivate quality content related to our work in Blockchain/Crypto with the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community and its growth.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications, content creation, design and publications of events.
We are headquartered in Paris, France but would give consideration to exceptional, eligible candidates for remote placement.
Responsibilities
Set and implement social media strategy on Facebook, Telegram, Twitter..etc.
Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media accounts
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
Crafting the design of social media pages, flyer for events, interviews..etc.
Manage our pages on the website and on events platforms
Content creation relative to our scope, view and startups to be shared on our Medium page, Linkedin, social Media, Reddit..
Build relationships with industry professionals and journalists
Stay up-to-date with Blockchain technology & Crypto news
Requirements
Proven work experience as a community manager
Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
Ideally experience with design programs such as Photoshop, Indesign as well as WordPress
Excellent writing skills in English and either Japanese or Chinese
Hands on experience with social media management
Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Knowledgeable enough in the Crypto space to create quality and engaging content
