Role:

We are looking for a highly engaged, highly passionate and extremely communicative Influencer Relationship Marketing and Social Media Manager to help us establish and grow influencer relationships and social media presence and engagement within the local market. This person will influence the wellness, fitness, and beauty communities, in their respective country, to reach and connect with the right people, both on and offline. This person will help us to advance our marketing strategy through to the consumer by creating their own network of influencers to speak about the brand, while simultaneously connecting with and building a community of fans through an engaging, localized social media experience. This person will embody the Vital Proteins brand as an extension of the Global team by driving awareness, connecting with consumers and being an on-the-ground advocate for the brand. This position will be a remote opportunity in the respective country and report into the Global Marketing Director headquartered in the United States, Chicago IL.

What you will be responsible for:

Establishing the in-market influencer strategy based on knowledge of market, pre-established influencer relationships and understanding of which influencers are target right for the brand Marketing product to digital influencers, brand ambassadors and consumers on a daily basis Achieving engagement objectives daily to meet key quarterly milestones within given budget Demonstrating an active understanding of digital marketing knowledge & social media trends and communicating this information to the Global team Stay up to date on new social media tools, best practices, competitive activity and other social media leaders to bring early adopter technologies and trends to Vital Proteins locally You will champion the brand by creating and developing new and inventive techniques to promote our products across social networks (mainly Instagram, but also identifying key platforms that we should consider if applicable) Support the marketing of new products, seasonal offerings, key company happenings, giveaways, and more to the digital world Oversee day-to-day operations on the brand's social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, Facebook and Youtube) including execution of content strategy and community management Ensure questions, comments and related opportunities are handled with a well-executed, high-touch experience Moderating and capturing user-generated content within the influencer community and building that content into the local social media strategy when applicable Report and analyze monthly KPIs, including follower growth of social platforms, engagement, conversation, amplification and leads across owned channels to guide and optimize overall social platform strategy Maintain a content calendar and adhere to budget guidelines Collaborate with the marketing department as needed to bring key marketing programming to life

Who you are:

You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Marketing; with 1-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing You are fluent in English and the respective language in your local country You have the ability to travel locally (approximately 35%) to represent Vital Proteins at industry trade shows, conferences, seminars, and events, as needed You are passionate about the fitness, beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle You are a self-starter with proven ability to take initiative, define what needs to get done and multi-task You are experienced in cultivating meaningful relationships through communication and collaboration You continuously seek new people to follow on Instagram, and regularly make new connections with like-minded individuals You have strong written and oral communication skills You have e strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit
