Our client works at the heart of the global travel industry and provides the technology which keeps the travel sector moving. These products and solutions help to improve the business performance of customers, travel agencies, corporations, airlines, ground handlers, hotels, railways, car rental companies, airports, cruise lines and ferry operators.

Currently we’re seeking for experienced UX Designers to join the Digital for Airlines unit in Villeneuve Loubet. The team is responsible for defining and developing Digital Commerce and Self-Service Check-in solutions for airlines.

One strong requirement of Airlines is to have a high level of freedom to customize products or build their own products on top of our platform. To answer that needs, our client is delivering a new Digital Experience Suite to help 100+ airlines be more innovative and implement faster their touchpoint strategy. We are partnering and integrating with major industry players such as Adobe to complement the offer, and we leverage on well-established/emerging technologies to revamp our IT solutions and migrate to the cloud (Java, Couchbase, REST/JSON, Angular, HTML 5, Openshift, Splunk…).

Project information:

Project scope:

Analyze user business process and workflows Conduct Usability Evaluation/Expert Review for digital product services Conduct UX benchmark analysis to explain the usage of different solutions and its usage context Identify user research topics from the above analysis Work with UX researchers, subject matter experts to develop design guidelines and produce framework for the product design Study data from web analytics, heuristic evaluations, and UX research results, to make recommendations and propose design solutions Create information architecture diagrams, sketches, storyboard, wireframes and screen flows which meet users’ mental model, business objectives, and technical constraints Create proofs of concept to explore design ideas, support usability testing and obtain buy-ins Deliver appropriate level of specification needed to ensure high quality development on time Participate in workshops with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirement, present and iterate design solutions Develop prototypes ranging from paper and pencil concepts to wireframes or interactive prototypes

Competence demands:

Familiar with UCD process, human computer interaction theory and usability principles Familiar with UI design and graphic design Skilled in Interaction design, Sketch, Axure, Visual Design, Adobe XD Experience working in Agile environment Analytical skills Excellent communication skills Fluent English
