Description du poste

The Job:

As we are quickly expanding in Europe, North America, Latam and Asia, we are looking for a UX Designer to join our team in Paris and take an active part in what our platform will be like tomorrow.

Within the Digital & Innovation teams you will work to help design and improve the platform’s user experience. You will work as a team with the digital project managers and the design & development managers to deliver our clients with an outstanding finished product.

Your missions will include:

Organize workshops with various teams to identify key areas of improvement Identify the requirements and expectations of our users Define the target user experience and propose scenarios Specify the functionality or journey improvement with storyboards and user flows Create the interface mock-ups for web Solve responsive design issues Work closely with the software engineering teams and ensure compliance with the specifications Ensure continuous improvement according to users feedback and product roadmap

You won’t be left alone and we’ll start with an onboarding process, during which you’ll be able to get familiar with the platform, how to conduct a proper audit, how to lead workshops etc. This is the opportunity to quickly learn new skills.

The Fit:

To be offered this opportunity you must have trend awareness and the ability to find innovative solutions. You are creative, curious and have strong collaborative skills.

You are currently studying in a design school (Bac +4/5) and specializing in web/digital You master Abode (Illustrator, Photoshop) You are familiar with UX methodology and tools (Balsamiq, Axure, Sketch etc.) You have excellent spoken and written skills Good English speaking
