Job Description

We are looking for a native US freelance Graphist/ Motion designer to join our Creative team, with the main mission of improving the performance of our various acquisition campaigns through the optimization of advertising content.

You will be able to work on all of our 100+ clients and our geographies (FR, US, UK, ES, IT), in collaboration with the operational teams, to support them in improving performance through the iterative approach described below:

1. Identification of relevant creative concepts for a use case

Online advertising market analysis Identification and selection of the different advertising concepts used in the market place Brainstorming and production of new advertising content for each of the identified concepts

2. Testing of advertising content and identification of effective concepts

Testing of all the proposed content in conjunction with the operational teams Analysis of the results and selection of the best performing concepts/contents

3. Declination of top content to maximize performance

Iterations around top content (animations, variations, message refinement) to produce content that maximizes performance. Declination of top content in the different ad formats and languages used by Dolead
