Based in our Paris office and reporting to our VP of Product, you’ll be responsible for translating business requirements into new and innovative user experience and designs for GT’s enterprise cloud software. You will assist in understanding enterprise SaaS end-users in order to create and refine modern, intuitive web and mobile application interfaces to support in the delivery of GT’s product roadmap..

In this position, you’ll be part of a team who is responsible in solving challenging problems, prototyping new concepts, iterating on design interactions, exhibiting pixel-perfect attention to detail when designing and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design simple but functional user interaction models according to an information architecture for SaaS delivered application Serve as a hands-on UI / UX designer for one or more agile scrum teams, by working with our Product Owner and UX/ UI Lead to transform business requirements into a visually appealing and intuitive user interface designs. Develop process flows, information architecture diagrams, personas, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and other artifacts to effectively communicate design concepts to engineering. Ensure UX / UI processes are followed within the Agile product development process, including but not limited to gathering user feedback and performing usability studies Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrates how site function and look like. Develop and maintain prototype application environments that can be rapidly modified based on team feedback (using a combination of Invision, sketch, etc.) Provide responsive designs that work across platforms such as mobile, tablet and web Designing user experiences from low fidelity sketches to hifidelity pixel perfect mockups Creating rapid prototypes to validate design concepts with internal stakeholders

Requirements :

A degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a similar field related to Human-Computer Interaction is desired 1- 3 years experience of proven UX/ UI design experience for Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions Interest in being a problem solver in the B2B space Agile and Scrum best practices. Knowledgeable about user experience best practices and user-centered design, passionate about the latest trends in interactive design, and a strong desire for innovation Up-to-date knowledge of standard design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision… Ability to clearly present work and articulate rationale for decision-making Fluent in English speaking and writing. Have an online portfolio of UX/UI work samples you can share with us.
