It’s an incredibly exciting time to join the Hilti Digital Platforms team! We are redesigning the future of digital at Hilti and are looking for new team members to play an integral part in our transformation journey. As a Senior UX Designer, you will work in a global, multicultural, collaborative, fun, and agile work environment. You will create visually appealing designs that allow users to successfully navigate Hilti digital solutions, while maintaining brand integrity.

What does the role involve?

As a UX Designer, you translate business and technical requirements into design opportunities, create mock-ups, execute prototypes, define visual style guidelines, and conduct user research. You co-create and own the standard and style guides for creating interactive, user-centric software solutions. You craft graphic elements, assets, and visual treatments that adapt and flow with responsive design systems for web and mobile solutions. You prototype potential new User Interface solutions, partner with front-end developers to create HTML and CSS-friendly designs, and provide input to the design process and end-to-end technology innovation within the company.

The Digital Platform team, at our two locations in Boulogne-Billancourt, France and Texas, USA, consists of 130+ team members in 11+ scrum teams working with the newest technologies to create a unique user experience for Hilti’s extraordinary products and services.

What you need is:

Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human Computer Interactions, or related field required Minimum five years’ experience Advanced knowledge and experience in: Design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Bohemia Sketch HTML and CSS Creating interactive prototypes (Invision, Flinto, Principle, etc.) Prototyping tools such as Framer, Principle or similar The drive, self-assertion and endurance to build an amazing user experience Demonstrated time-management skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain flexible through multiple revisions Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
