Job Description

Join us as Senior UX/UI Designer

Join us and take on the challenge of AI in Medical Imaging ! Together !

Mission :
Among R&D team, you own user experience on our products. The range of products goes from static pages, business and clinical applications to web-based content.
You play a key role in the success and adoption of our products in daily clinical routine.

To achieve this mission, you will :
- Participate in the user research and specification of new features : work with the Product Manager to interview radiologists, customer IT teams or internal users to refine feature needs.
- Organize design workshops by taking into account development constraints.
- Design intuitive user interfaces for our products new features.
- Lead user testing before development phase to validate designs and workflows.
- Own UX/UI consistency across our platform products and lead the definition of our design system.

You are a key member of an Agile-Scrum team, regularly delivering the innovative features of our software medical devices and services.

Preferred Experience

Bachelors/master's degree (or equivalent) in web design or related, you have significant (5+ years) experience in web design.

Qualifications/Requirements :
- Strong web design knowledge.
- Passion about UX/UI.
- Significant experience with Figma.
- You are creative but pragmatic, and Excel at turning ideas into great and intuitive prototypes.
- High attention to details and rigor.
- Good listener, you're great at collecting feedback and know how to lead user testing.
- Good communicator.
- Teamwork.
- Fluent in English.
